The Being Luminary Global Leaders Programme is an 8-session training programme designed specifically for school DEI leaders. This comprehensive programme is being delivered exclusively for colleagues in UK schools and British International schools in Europe. It aims to equip leaders in these regions with the knowledge, skills, and strategies necessary to ensure equity inclusion, belonging, and the development of a DEI strategic plan.
By addressing key areas such as gender equity, disability, religion, pregnancy, maternity, and race, this programme provides leaders with a nuanced understanding of diversity within a global educational framework.
